Parks Director Aliyah Hibbs said the application requests $400,000; the grant program requires a 50% match and staff said $202,000 in impact fees are available now and the city would budget the remaining roughly $198,000 in the 2027 budget. Council moved, seconded and approved Resolution 1874.
