Superintendent Dr. Bob McBride apologized to families after the district's online agenda platform, BoardDocs, was unavailable nationwide on the day of the meeting and the April 27 agenda could not be accessed online.
"We use an online platform called BoardDocs. And, unfortunately, for the entire day of Monday ... that platform nationwide was out," McBride said, explaining the district resorted to a paper agenda and apologizing for any inconvenience. He said the system is back up and that all referenced materials are now available on the district's public website under Board of Education.
McBride encouraged anyone who still cannot find materials to contact the district; no formal records of a vote or administrative action about the outage were made during the briefing.
