Trustee Clancy moved the consent-agenda motion, seconded by Trustee Gere; the roll call recorded six 'aye' votes and the motion carried. Separately, the board moved and approved an appointment to the Joliet Regional Park District during the clerk's report by voice vote ('Aye').
The bundled new-business slate (which later included the rental-inspection ordinances, software contracts and the Roma Gardens development agreement) was also approved by roll call later in the meeting under a separate motion; that bundled approval likewise recorded six 'aye' votes.
