The Incla City Council on April 27 approved Resolution 1872 to establish a sewer assessment reimbursement area for sewer installed as part of the Roosevelt Avenue roundabout project.
Chris Searcy, the staff member who presented the report, told council that the city fronted construction for a gravity sewer line through the intersection to serve nearby parcels. He said initial cost estimates were about $60,000 but additional soil and administrative costs increased the amount to “slightly under $88,000” to be recaptured through a reimbursement agreement recorded against four parcels.
Searcy recommended approval of the resolution to allow the reimbursement document to be recorded against the affected parcels. Council moved and, by voice vote, approved Resolution 1872.
