The Dickinson County Board of Adjustment convened Oct. 27 and handled routine business including unanimous approval of the meeting agenda and of the Oct. 13, 2025 minutes.
Roll call confirmed members Kirby Berhow, Douglas Westerman, Susan Clark, Alex Oponski and Chairman Jeff Ashland were present; Planning & Zoning Administrator Megan Kardell and Zoning Assistant Lee McKim attended. The board discussed scheduling around holidays and agreed to meet next on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.
The meeting adjourned following the consent items and substantive business.
