Planner McCarty presented AB26-025, an amendment to North Bend Municipal Code chapter 17.20 to allow "binding site plans" to be used for multifamily residential developments in response to recent state legislation cited in the packet. Council member Susan Torgerson moved to approve AB26-025 as a first and final reading; the motion passed unanimously.
