Rules Committee Removes Item 15 From Consent Agenda, Approves Remainder

During the meeting, the committee chair called for a motion on the remainder of the consent agenda and asked the secretary to call the roll. The secretary called members and recorded affirmative responses. After the roll call the chair announced, “Motion passes.”
