Pelser said the Regency centers remain on track for an opening “about a year from now,” with Target and Sprouts named as anchors. He added two other tenants have executed leases: Shake Shack and KinderCare. Pelser cautioned that many prospective tenants prefer confidentiality while they finalize site selection.
