The clerk reported balances including General Account checking of $1,660,426.81 and total checking of $2,616,318.28; multiple special funds were itemized in the minutes.
Mr. Finn moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report and Mr. Lynn seconded; the board recorded the motion as approved by all members. Later in the meeting Mr. Lynn moved and Mr. Finn seconded a motion to pay listed bills across funds (General Account $272,391.27; Children & Youth $85,502.49; Operating Reserve $434,617.61; Other Funds $455,661.37; and additional line items); the motion passed with all voting in favor.
The board also approved a $2,500 allocation from the Gas Well Drilling Fee Fund to Bill Zamboni for supplies related to upkeep of Zamboni Park, a county-owned park tended by Mr. Zamboni. That motion was made by Ms. Dressler, seconded by Mr. Finn and approved unanimously.
The minutes do not record detailed discussion of budget trade-offs or whether the bills were routine or contested; the record lists the amounts and records the votes.
