Reed and authorized the Clerk to advertise a public hearing to consider the petition. The hearing was scheduled for Feb. 4, 2026 at 9:05 a.m. in the Columbiana County Commissioners Conference Room, 105 South Market Street, Lisbon; advertisements are to appear in the Morning Journal on Jan. 7 and 14, 2026.
