The first executive session began at 11:24 a.m. with Fayette County Engineer Jason Little and Diana Rife of Jobs Ohio present; the board returned to open session at 11:40 a.m. A second executive session convened at 3:05 p.m. and included Jason Little, Jobs Ohio representatives Diana Rife and Terry Slaybaugh, and Ben Hyden of the law firm Bricker Graydon; the board returned to regular session at 3:40 p.m. In both instances the minutes record the roll-call votes to enter and exit executive session but do not disclose negotiation details.
