FAYETTE COUNTY, Ohio — The Fayette County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 9 approved payments to vendors, enacted several budget adjustments and authorized multiple contracts and projects, all by roll-call votes.
The board opened by approving the previous meetings minutes and authorizing payment of the invoices presented by the county auditor. Commissioners James D. Garland, Tony Anderson and Donald L. Fleak voted "aye" on the motion to pay bills.
The commissioners approved an appropriation modification shifting $1,826.10 within the Rattlesnake Temporary Water Plant budget and authorized interfund advances totaling $75,974.36 to support a HUD grant and the CEBCO Wellness fund; an additional appropriation of $75,974.36 to the General Fund Transfer was also adopted. The board established two capital project funds for the Fayette County Airport: Airport Apron Pavement Sealing Design/Construct and Airport Wind Cone Design/Construct.
