Commissioner Donald L. Fleak moved to enter into contract with Bowen Engineering Corporation for Rattlesnake Water System Improvements, Contract C-2 (Caisson and Control Building Improvements), in the amount of $5,915,000. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James D. Garland and carried on a 3-0 roll call (Tony Anderson, James D. Garland, Donald L. Fleak voting aye).
