Fayette County commissioners approve $5.9 million Rattlesnake water contract, $15 million OWDA loan framework and multiple budget moves

The motion was seconded by Commissioner James D. Garland and carried on a 3-0 roll call (Tony Anderson, James D. Garland, Donald L. Fleak voting aye).
