Commissioner Kern moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Morgan seconded. The chair stated the application met the four required conditional-use criteria and that no code amendments were necessary to the application. The commission also noted a community member had recommended relocating a parking space to reduce potential on-street parking, but commissioners said the commission lacked authority in code to require that change and instead recommended the suggestion be shared verbally with the applicant.
On roll-call vote the commission recorded five yeses and the motion passed. The commission found the application favorable and consistent with code, and the resolution will be transmitted per standard procedures.
