Perry told the commission the applicant supplied supplemental materials addressing font and sizing but had not clarified marquee placement in the packet; the commission asked that the permitting official review the applicant’s revised designs and confirm compliance before final issuance of the permit.
The commission moved a main motion that the application is within historic‑district guidelines as amended and approved the motion by roll call, with all three voting members in favor.
