The Auglaize County Board of Commissioners approved a group of resolutions on April 9, 2026, including the award of the 2026 county paving contract and authorization for immediate payment warrants, the board’s journal shows.
Commissioner David Bambauer moved to approve the resolutions as presented at 8:00 a.m.; Commissioner Douglas A. Spencer seconded. The resolutions were distributed for each commissioner’s vote and execution, and the clerk recorded the items in the board journal.
Among the items documented in the clerk’s journal were Resolution No. 26-146, which records receipt of bids for the 2026 Auglaize County Paving Program and awards the county-maintained roads contract to The Shelly Company, and Resolution No. 26-126, which authorizes the County Auditor to draw warrants for Then-and-Now certificate payments. The journal does not list individual roll-call tallies for each separate resolution beyond the board’s approval and execution of the packet.
At 10:46 a.m. Clerk Bobbi Donovan read the minutes of the April 7, 2026 meeting; the board approved the minutes as read.
The board adjourned at 11:30 a.m. and the clerk filed the official minutes, which constitute the public record of the board’s actions on April 9, 2026.
