Auglaize County’s Board of County Commissioners approved several routine resolutions during its April 21, 2026 meeting, including participation in state road salt contracts and a roofing repair at Neil Armstrong Airport.
At 8:00 a.m. Vice President Douglas A. Spencer moved to approve the resolutions as presented; Commissioner David Bambauer seconded. The Board distributed the resolutions for each commissioner’s vote and execution and the motion carried. The Clerk presented the following numbered resolutions for consideration: participation in the ODOT Road Salt Contracts awarded in 2026 (#26-160); amendments to the annual appropriations to account for certified but unappropriated moneys (#26-161 and #26-165); acceptance of a quote from Frost Roofing, Inc. for repair of the roof of Hangar B at Neil Armstrong Airport (#26-162); appointment of Nicholsa Zircher to the position of IT Systems Administrator for Auglaize County (#26-163); and the granting of an annexation of approximately 1.320 acres to the Village of Minster, petitioned by Issac J. and Danae L. Hoying (filed by agent Keith M. Schnelle) (#26-164).
The minutes do not record extended debate on those items. For routine votes where roll call was recorded earlier in the meeting, Commissioners Spencer and Bambauer voted in favor. The Board moved on after distributing the resolutions for execution.
