She noted her service overseeing the Commission on the Status of Women in Glendale, saying she volunteered for three years to oversee its operations and led publication of a report on the status of women in the city. Ebajian also emphasized her professional credentials, saying she is "the only certified municipal clerk in this race" and underscored her commitment to standards in elections administration and records management.
Ebajian described her personal background as an immigrant and the mother of a young child and said those experiences inform her focus on making Glendale "safe, inclusive, and responsive to families of every background." She listed academic credentials including a B.A. from Occidental College, an M.A. in mathematics education, and a Ph.D. from UCLA in education.
She named endorsements from U.S. Rep. Laura Friedman; state Sen. Sasha Renee Perez; state Assembly members Nick Schultz, Jessica Colosa and John Jarabedian; the Glendale Teachers Association; the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor; and the Los Angeles County Democratic Party.
