- Edgewood storm sewer — award to DPI Construction: The committee approved a $147,964 contract to install curb, gutter and storm sewer to address existing runoff, with one board member abstaining due to a business relationship; staff recommended the award after verifying bidder references.
- Phase 3 construction inspection services — Willett Hoffman & Associates (time and materials, up to $100,000): Staff said the contract will provide supplemental inspection and closeout assistance across several bridge projects; the committee approved forwarding the contract request to the county board.
Other administrative approvals included a credit card for the State's Attorney’s office manager and moving a Ringling Johnson PCO to the county board for reimbursement handling.
