The City Council approved routine administrative items on June 17, including payment of claims totaling $188,962.12 for the May 31–June 13, 2025 period and acceptance of the May 2025 Treasurer’s Report.
Council member Kasik moved to approve payment of claims, which included several items above $1,000 (for example, Thiele Geotech $5,875.00; At-Scene, LLC $4,565.00; JEO Consulting $2,540.00). Sergeant Terrell explained that the iCrimeFighter item is an electronic records system used by the police that can be shared with the county.
Council member Rodriguez moved to approve the May treasurer’s report; that motion also passed unanimously. The council also approved removing the property at 1119 A Street from the Vacant Property Registry after City Attorney Graham said he was satisfied with the documentation provided.
All votes on these items were recorded as unanimous among present council members.
