Null. Commissioner Ryan S. Savage moved the approval; Commissioner S. Larry Tichnell seconded, and Chairman Paul C. Edwards made the motion unanimous.
County Administrator Kevin G. Null presented the fund-balance and carryover adjustments, describing administrative and managerial matters under his jurisdiction. The board recorded no dissenting votes or abstentions.
The approval was part of the administrative session; the board also recorded forthcoming FY27 budget presentations from the Garrett County Board of Education, Garrett College and the Garrett County Health Department.
