At 8:00 a.m., Commissioner David Bambauer moved to approve the resolutions presented to the board; Commissioner Douglas A. Spencer seconded. The resolutions were distributed for each commissioner’s vote and execution, the board recorded. Clerk Bobbi Donovan read and the board approved the minutes of the Jan. 29, 2026 meeting at 8:25 a.m.
