Henry County commissioners approve budget adjustments, 'Then and Now' payment and grant sponsorship

The Board of Henry County Commissioners unanimously approved three formal resolutions during its Dec. 2, 2025 meeting, including budget adjustments, a "Then and Now" payment and authorization of grant sponsorship for an EPA recycling grant.
Commissioner G. Jeff Brubaker moved to approve Resolution A, a set of budget adjustments for the county's 2026 budgeting process; Commissioner Joel Miller seconded the motion, and the Board approved it unanimously. Brubaker then moved Resolution B, approving a "Then and Now" payment; Commissioner Glenn Miller seconded and the resolution passed unanimously.
Resolution C authorized Commissioner Glenn Miller to sign a grant sponsorship request submitted on behalf of Irving's for an EPA recycling grant for concrete. The motion for Resolution C was made by Commissioner Brubaker and seconded by Commissioner J. Miller; the Board approved it unanimously.
The meeting record shows no roll-call tallies beyond the notation that each motion was "approved unanimously." The minutes list President Glenn A. Miller, Commissioner G. Jeff Brubaker and Commissioner Joel Miller as present and Kristi Schultheis as Clerk on the recorded attestation.
With those items completed, the Board adjourned until its next regular meeting or upon call of the President.
