The Collierville Historic District Commission opened its Jan. 22 meeting with roll call and a welcome to new members. The commission conducted officer nominations and votes: Chad Kelsey was nominated and re‑elected as chairman; Laura Hall was nominated to continue as secretary; Michael Walker was nominated and approved as vice chair; and Terry Dean was approved as parliamentarian.
The commission approved the December meeting minutes (with one abstention) and confirmed the agenda as presented for the Jan. 22 meeting, which contained three formal agenda items. Staff reminded the public that speaker cards were available for those wishing to comment during the public‑comment period; staff reported no in‑person or online comments at the time.
These administrative items were handled early in the meeting before discussion of the formal agenda items.
