During the Nov. 12 meeting the Board reviewed the October 2020 budget and voted on several finance and staffing motions. The Board approved hiring two additional contact tracers using CARES Act-allocated funding after a motion by Glenda Sullivan and a second from Michelle Felton.
The Board also moved to allow payment of bills for October 2020 (motion by Frank Easterday, seconded by Mary Rae) and approved the budget after a motion by Frank Easterday and a second by Kelli Mitchell. Earlier in the meeting the coroner's report was accepted and payment of October bills related to that report was approved (motion moved by Kelli Mitchell, seconded by Michelle Felton). The Board approved a change in the county's cell phone carrier after a motion by Glenda Sullivan, seconded by Rhonda Peterson.
