Arapahoe County Housing Authority adopts 80% AMI definition, renews agreements and moves to executive session

The board also approved renewal agreements authorizing Archer to administer programs on behalf of the housing authority, and authorized Catherine Smith (Community Resource Department director) and Elizabeth Loomis for signature authority to execute administrative documents on behalf of the authority. Those items were moved, seconded and approved together by voice vote.
At the end of the public agenda, the board voted to go into executive session under Colorado Revised Statutes section 24‑6‑402(4)(b) to receive legal advice on a newly filed lawsuit, a temporary construction easement, a potential unfair labor practice claim and outsourcing of building permit review. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote, and the transcript records the board entering executive session.
