Staff presentation and findings City planning staff presented inspection records showing repeated site visits and photographs documenting violations. For 8610 Hanson Ave (CUP PC2023‑006) staff said inspections on January 8 and January 29 found unlicensed or inoperable vehicles visible from Hanson Avenue, and a March 30 site visit again showed nine vehicles without license plates and one vehicle with a registration dated June 2025. Staff reported an oil leak was visible on the property on one visit. Staff recommended the council adopt a resolution (R2026‑0055) to uphold the Board of Adjustment’s revocation.
