He said those files were useful for party compliance and local analysis and that Clerk’s Office staffer Catherine Sims told him the county would post the Excel spreadsheet used to generate the previous public file that night. "What I really is needed is the following to be available or updated or at its former frequency," Miles said, urging restoration of the files.
Candace Rutledge described a series of personal experiences she characterized as "psychological warfare," raised concerns about technology and whether automated systems or AI might be involved, and said the incidents had caused her distress. "It's just not great, and I'm getting tired of it," Rutledge said.
Karen Tallentire of Littleton referenced excerpts she said were from recent court filings in the Eric Coomer defamation case and questioned whether foreign developers or remote access were involved with voting‑system code. Tallentire told commissioners she has proposed a locally controlled, auditable vote‑counting system and offered to demonstrate it for county officials. She also mentioned Tina Peters in that context.
The chair reminded the public that the board does not respond during the comment period but said staff would follow up on Mr. Miles's packet and that the board had received the materials. Miles reported that Catherine Sims had agreed to provide an Excel file the county uses to build the public report.
