Public works staff explained the project corridor — from 300 feet east of County Road 83 (Canterbury Road) to Valley Park Drive — and said the plan converts the existing four‑lane section to a three‑lane cross‑section with a continuous center left‑turn lane to reduce conflicts where multiple offset driveways serve industrial properties. Staff described repairing deficient curb and gutter and replacing a failing sanitary sewer segment.
