The Columbiana County Board of Commissioners approved multiple Then & Now vendor payments and accepted an Amended Official Certificate with related appropriations during its Dec. 3 meeting.
The Then & Now approval covered vendor payments and purchase orders including SAL Chemical Co. ($1,797.00), Harris Computer Systems (PO#517253 $19,786.66; PO#517280 $20,000.00), Bound Tree Medical ($29,250.00) and other vendors listed in the county record. Commissioner Ginter moved to approve the Then & Now bills and Commissioner Paparodis seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Separately, the board accepted an Amended Official Certificate dated Dec. 3, 2025. The record shows certification entries (T47 $145,900.00; N03 $8,100.09) and appropriations including T47‑E‑1008 $145,900.00 and A00‑A01‑E‑1200 $25,000.00, along with reductions on T81 and T83 lines. Commissioner Paparodis moved, Commissioner Ginter seconded to accept the certificate and appropriations; the motion carried unanimously.
