The Robertson County School Board approved routine procurement actions on March 9, extending multiple service contracts and approving addenda to landscaping agreements.
Dr. Weeks recommended renewing the HVAC filter ordering and replacement contract with Murray Filter Sales and Services at the existing price; the board approved the extension by a recorded unanimous voice vote. The board also approved extending pest-control services with Legacy Pests at current pricing.
For landscaping services, staff recommended addenda to existing contracts (3 C Lawn Care and Stewart's Lawn Care) to add a renewability clause allowing renewals up to four additional years but not to exceed five years in total. The changes, which also address price index increases, cover services divided by county quadrants. The board moved and unanimously approved the addenda and contract extensions.
Each contract approval was made by voice vote and recorded as passing 6-0. No objections or abstentions were recorded at the meeting.
