Robertson County Schools will recognize retiring CTE supervisor Mark Gregory

Dr. Weeks singled out Mark Gregory, the district's career and technical education (CTE) supervisor, who is retiring at the end of the school year. "Mark has served as our CTE supervisor," Dr. Weeks said when recognizing Gregory and announced a future reception to honor him.
Board members offered remarks praising Gregory's work. One board member said Gregory "has set some groundwork to keep that going and to keep it moving forward," and several members referenced his impact on FFA, CTE opportunities and individual students' career paths. Another board member added: "You've done a great job. You're going to be missed."
Dr. Weeks also noted other personnel items in the packet: certified retirements, classified retirements (including two longtime bus drivers), resignations, leaves of absence and new placements for certified positions. The HR department announced an open job fair for March 31 at the district office aimed at filling teaching and support positions, with on-site interviews and applications.
The board did not take additional formal action on the retirements at the meeting; Dr. Weeks said the district would host a later reception to recognize Gregory and others.
