Committee flags Secure Rural Schools cuts and pushes North Rim rebuild advocacy

Kane County committee members told the Ground Resource Development Committee that Secure Rural Schools (SRS) funding has temporarily lapsed and reverted to an older formula that sharply reduced county payments, and they described concurrent advocacy to restore funding and accelerate North Rim rebuilding.
