The resolution was followed by a separate agenda item to approve the proposed membership roster; staff said the roster includes representatives from construction, financing, and organizations that work with families who may need affordable housing.
There was one public commenter who urged broader strategic thinking about vacancy chains and market dynamics. Staff advised interested applicants may email housing@largo.com; the commission approved Resolution No. 2464 and the proposed membership by unanimous vote.
