Council approves final plat to subdivide Lot 12 in Sage Industrial Park

The City Council on Feb. 4 approved Resolution 25-10, the final plat of Sage Industrial Park Number 8, subdividing Lot 12 (addressed as 527 Sage Industrial Road) into five lots sized for industrial development.
Mark Jacobson presented the plat and explained that lot sizes range from approximately 1.6598 to 4.8528 acres, with access easements and utility easements provided. He said city staff reviewed the subdivision and had no concerns. Councilors asked about the odd shapes of some lots and Jacobson explained the lot lines largely follow existing development and topography. Following discussion council members moved, seconded and approved the plat.
The approval allows the developer and property owner to proceed with the described subdivision and record the new lots consistent with the final plat details presented.
