The council noted this action is at the petition stage (boundary consideration only); annexation terms and an ordinance and agreement will be considered later.
Council member Hawley moved to adopt the resolution accepting the annexation petition and the council recorded aye votes in favor. Staff will return with the annexation ordinance and an annexation agreement for future council action.
