The council formally approved the meeting agenda and prior minutes by voice vote. Bobbie Speer moved to approve the previous meeting minutes, and Jason Arthur seconded; the motion carried. A motion to adjourn later in the meeting was made by Treasurer Ocie Koonce, seconded by Julie Guida, and carried by voice vote.
