The board directed library staff to draft parameters — reservation limits, eligibility rules and whether passes would be offered as raffle prizes for program completion — and asked the village clerk to prepare PR materials if the pilot is approved. Trustees agreed to treat the first year as a test and to limit the number of prizes (one trustee suggested three family prizes of four passes each). No formal resolution was required; staff will return with a memo and implementation details.
