The board also approved a notice of public hearing for a subdivision on Lot 26 (Resolution 075-26) and advanced proposed local law 3-2026 (Resolution 076-26) to change Block 26 from a CA district to a CA floating multiple-dwelling district; trustees voted to move both items forward for the hearing process.
On a separate code-enforcement item, the board considered the account for 181 South Franklin Avenue — a balance of $58,003.94 to bring expired permits current — and approved Resolution 077-26 to extend the permit deadline and address the balance (see related coverage in this packet).
The board accepted Resolution 078-26, a short-term Long Island Housing technical-assistance memorandum of understanding designed to provide no-cost assistance to support multifamily housing development from June to October 2026.
Before closing the public portion of the meeting, Chair moved and the board voted to go into executive session to discuss personnel and litigation matters.
