Trenton — At its May 4 meeting, the Trenton City Council approved several administrative and capital actions, including a contract addendum with DTE, a request for qualifications for the former Clock Tower site, business façade grants, and an emergency wastewater repair payment.
City Administrator Dean told the council that DTE has expanded regulatory requirements for cleanup at a city site, which increased the scope of work and will delay the Greenway Path portion of the project.
