The Brentwood Planning Commission on May 5 adopted Resolution No. 26‑012 finding the city's 2026–2027 through 2030–2031 Capital Improvement Program consistent with the General Plan. Eric Nolfenius presented the item and said this is a routine annual determination that consolidates planned projects for parks, trails, wastewater, water and roads over the five‑year period.
No members of the public spoke on the CIP item. Commissioners noted the CIP project pages are a useful public resource for details on individual projects and funding sources. The commission voted to adopt the consistency finding and forwarded the CIP to City Council, which is scheduled to consider the CIP later in May.
Next steps: Resolution and the CIP will be considered by City Council at the end of May.
