Tuscaloosa County Commission approves three preliminary subdivision plats in District IV

Commissioner Reginald Murray moved, seconded by Commissioner Mark C. Nelson, that the Tuscaloosa County Commission adopt resolutions approving the preliminary plat submissions for three subdivisions in District IV: Emanuel Church Subdivision (one lot on 2.9 acres), Romulus Road Subdivision (three lots on five acres), and Phillips River Property Subdivision No. 1 (one lot on one acre). Each resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
Scott Anders, County Engineer, also presented a separate preliminary subdivision, Smitty's Place in District IV, for review; the commission took no action on that submission at this meeting. The minutes do not list waivers for the approved plats.
