Director Holman moved to approve the Feb. 24, 2025 minutes. The roll call recorded Director McDonald—Abstain; Director Serco—Yes; Director Burke—Yes; Director Roe—Abstain; Director Engert—Yes; Director Holman—Yes; Chairman Turnbaugh—Yes. The clerk recorded the motion as carried.
Staff then summarized the foundation’s role in distributing charitable gifts to city priorities (parks and recreation, arts commission, police programs including Shop with a Cop, and the animal shelter). Mister Murdoch presented the customary officer slate and Director Circo moved to nominate Mayor Turnbaugh as president (chair), Tom Circo as vice president, Joseph Burke as secretary and finance director Alisa Williams as treasurer. The nominees accepted and the board voted unanimously to approve the slate.
Director Holman moved to adjourn the foundation meeting; Director Circo seconded and the board adjourned by voice vote.
