The Common Council approved two land‑use actions Tuesday tied to the Ryan Meadows condominium project at 11590 West Meadowview Drive.
The council voted to initially approve a one‑lot certified survey map (CSM) to dedicate Chicory Court right‑of‑way; Mr. Fuchs explained the dedication was a condition of the site plan and condominium plat and that the plan commission recommended approval. "The purpose is really to dedicate the Chicory Court right of way, which is part of the condo development," Mr. Fuchs said. The council approved the resolution by voice vote.
Councilors also approved a resolution authorizing certain officials to accept a conservation easement for the Ryan Meadows project to protect on‑site woodlands. Mr. Fuchs noted a correction to the agenda: the applicant/owner should be listed as Loomis Ryan LLC rather than the name printed on the action sheet. The easement follows the city's template, with minor language discussed to preserve access where an existing access easement had been relocated in coordination with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Both measures were approved by the council during the consent portion of the meeting. Staff will record the CSM and process easement documentation in accordance with council approval.
