Judge Vincent Weitzer, who addressed the council and the recipient, described the teen-court program as “a monumental learning experience.” He thanked program staff and volunteers and answered council questions about how Agarwal joined the program. Agarwal credited family encouragement, noting his mother suggested he join after finding the program online.
Council members offered brief praise for Agarwal and for staff who run the teen-court program. The council paused for a photo to mark the recognition before moving on to other business.
