The board asked staff to contact the small number of residents who use the service to explain the change and to publicize alternative payment options available on the city's website.
No new vendor or replacement payment platform was approved at the meeting; staff recommended terminating the ACI contract prior to the vendor's platform-fee commencement date unless a termination notice is filed by June 1 per the vendor's terms.
