At its May 4 meeting the Orland Park Board of Trustees approved a slate of routine and budget items in a single‑vote and several individual votes.
The board approved accounts payable for 04/21/2026 through 05/04/2026 in the amount of $1,377,211.55. Trustees also approved the consent agenda, which included payroll approval, neighborhood roadway resurfacing resolutions, equipment and service purchases, special event permits, closed‑session minutes, a potable water sampling vendor acquisition, an assignment of an agreement and other routine items.
Trustees adopted a resolution accepting a property donation at 11610 Whispering Hill Drive. The board also passed an ordinance amending Title 7, Chapter 4 of the municipal code to increase the number of Class B liquor licenses to allow an incoming new business; trustees asked staff to provide the specific business name to trustees the next day.
Votes were taken by roll call; individual roll calls for consent, accounts payable and the liquor‑license ordinance were recorded in the public meeting record.
