Rider Judy calls county transportation service "a godsend"

"Not only do I get to do my medical appointments ... in addition to the medical appointments, I can do other things that, make me feel more independent," she said.
Judy said the service helps her keep independence and "some control over what's going on," allowing small but important activities like going to Walmart. "It's a godsend," she added.
The comments were presented as personal testimony from a rider and no formal motions or votes were recorded in connection with the remarks.
