After removing one item and adding items 7 through 10, Carter and Sloop recommended awarding the contract to Energy Systems Southeast LLC for $946,886; the board approved the award and authorized the chair, county manager and county clerk to execute documents. Opioid settlement authorization: after returning from an executive session on litigation, the chair made a motion to have the county enter a remnant opioid settlement agreement and authorized the chair, county manager and county clerk to complete the necessary documents; the motion was seconded and approved by the board.
